Is your product certified to NZ standards?

The most important question. All our product is produced in state of the art factories, then tested in approved laboratories to global IEC and NZ/AS standards. Our Supplier Declarations of Conformity (SDoC's) can be found in the documentation tab under each product.

How good is the quality compared to other products?

All our products meet strict international and NZ criteria, so you can be assured they are of top quality. In fact many of these products in the market will be made in the same factories but be branded differently.

How do I order?

We prefer if you order online. If you're going to be a regular buyer create an account - this will ensure you receive our special offers! But if you can’t be arsed with the technobabble just call us.

How do I receive my order?

We aim to deliver within 24 hours in the North Island and 48 hours in the South Island for our main stocked items. This can depend on the time of order placement.  

Do you offer credit terms for trade accounts?

Credit terms are negotiated with our Trade Customers on a case by case basis. 

Can the public buy direct from Powersource?

Yes they can. However by registering on our website and providing your electrical registration number, you the tradesman buy at a significant discount, with better pricing for bigger volumes. Create an account and see how good our deals are.

What other products and services do you offer?

We can source a huge range of gear, but we specialise in switchboard componentry. Most of our products are on this website, but give us a call to discuss your needs.
